Hallucina Policies

Welcome to Hallucina! Please review the following policies before making a purchase. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders & Payments

All sales are final once the 14-day statutory withdrawal period has expired (where applicable).

In the EU, EEA, and UK, consumers may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery. See section 4 for details.

Prices are listed in USD and do not include VAT unless explicitly stated at checkout.

We accept all major payment methods.

2. Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide at a flat rate of $15.

Products are shipped from Germany.

For customers outside Germany — including those in other EU countries — local VAT and import charges may be collected by your customs authority upon delivery, as VAT is not currently charged at checkout. We are working with our fulfillment partner to implement the EU’s OSS scheme for future drops, so VAT can be charged upfront and no additional fees apply at delivery.

For orders outside the EU, local import taxes or customs clearance fees may be charged at delivery. Our flat $15 rate covers standard international delivery only.

All items are in limited supply and pre-produced — your order will be shipped shortly after purchase. Orders are typically dispatched within 5 business days.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or local import regulations. Responsibility for the package transfers to the customer only upon confirmed delivery.

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or local regulations. If your package hasn’t arrived within 45 days, contact us and we’ll investigate. If the shipment is confirmed lost, we’ll offer a refund or a store credit. Replacements may be offered if available.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order — we ship exactly what you give us. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for lost shipments due to incorrect address information.

3. Product Availability

All Hallucina items are released in limited drops. Once a product is sold out, it will not be restocked.

We recommend purchasing early to secure your preferred size and design.

4. Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final after the statutory withdrawal period has expired.

In the EU, EEA, and UK, consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. To exercise this right, email us at post@hallucina.com and we’ll provide return instructions. Returns must be sent to our fulfillment partner Lemuta in Germany. The return address will be provided upon request.

The withdrawal right requires the item to be handled only as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning (e.g., trying on for size). We may deduct an amount for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond that.

You must send the item back within 14 days of notifying us of withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective.

We will refund the product price and the standard shipping fee paid to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item or receiving evidence that it has been sent back (whichever is earlier). We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of return.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. If eligible, we may offer store credit or, if available, a replacement — but due to limited production, replacements cannot be guaranteed.

5. Privacy Policy

5.1 Information We Collect

Personal details: Name, email, shipping address, and browsing behavior.

Non-personal data: IP addresses, browser type, device information (for analytics purposes).

5.2 How We Use Your Information

To process and fulfill orders.

To improve website functionality and customer experience.

To send promotional emails (only if opted in).

To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.

5.3 Data Sharing & Security

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

Data may be shared with trusted service providers who help us operate our store and services — including Shopify (e-commerce platform) and Lemuta (our fulfillment partner). These providers act as data processors or independent controllers (as applicable) when providing their services.

We use tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to understand user behavior and improve our services. These tools may collect anonymized or pseudonymized data about your visit. Where data is transferred outside the EEA/UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses). Where required by law, we request your consent before using non-essential (marketing/analytics) cookies.

Security measures are in place, but absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

5.4 Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies to enhance your experience and analyze website traffic.

You can disable cookies in browser settings, but some features may not work properly.

5.5 Your Rights

You may request access, modification, or deletion of your personal data.

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time.

5.6 Changes to Privacy Policy

6. Intellectual Property

Hallucina is a trademark of Declarative AS, owned by Martin "MrSavage" Foss Andersen.

All content, branding, designs, product images, and website material are the intellectual property of Declarative AS.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution is strictly prohibited. This includes all visuals, written content, and campaign materials displayed on hallucina.com or official Hallucina channels.

7. Governing Law

These policies are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Norway.

Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Norway.

Note: These terms do not override mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country of residence.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these policies from time to time. Any changes will be posted here.

Continued use of our site after updates constitutes acceptance.
